In this tutorial, we will go through the steps to install Schleuder on Alpine Linux, which is a mailing list manager.
Before installing any software, make sure your system is updated to the latest version. Run the following command to update the system:
apk update && apk upgrade
Schleuder requires several packages to be installed on the system. Run the following command to install them:
apk add curl ruby ruby-dev ruby-etc sudo ca-certificates libressl-dev g++
Now that the necessary packages are installed, we can proceed to install Schleuder. Run the following command to install Schleuder:
gem install schleuder
Schleuder comes with a configuration file that needs to be customized according to your needs. You can generate the configuration file by running the following command:
sudo schleuder setup
Follow the prompts and enter the required information to generate the configuration file. Once the configuration file is generated, you can edit it to make any additional customizations.
After the configuration file is generated and customized, we can start Schleuder. Run the following command to start Schleuder:
sudo schleuder start
