instant.io is a webTorrent client that allows you to stream and download torrents in your browser. This tutorial will guide you through the installation process of instant.io on Debian Latest.
Before you begin with the installation process, you will need the following:
Open a terminal window Launch a terminal window on your Debian Latest server. You can do this by clicking on the terminal icon from the desktop environment or by pressing Ctrl + Alt + T.
Update your system Before installing any software, it is always a good practice to update your system packages to the latest version using the following command:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
git clone https://github.com/webtorrent/instant.io.git
cd instant.io
npm install
npm start

npm run build && npm run start:prod
