CREATE DATABASE joomla_database;

FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
Be sure to replace joomla_database, joomla_user, and password with your own database, user, and password values.
Exit the MySQL command prompt by running the following command:
exit
Navigate to your Joomla! installation in your web browser by entering the URL http://localhost/joomla (or wherever you have installed Joomla!) in the address bar.
You will be prompted to enter your site name, database information, and administrator account information.
For the administrator account information, enter your desired account details, including your name, username, email, and password.
Once you have entered all the required information, click on the 'Install Joomla!' button to complete the installation process.
