Next, you will need to create a database and user for Umbraco to use. You can do this using the following commands:
mysql -u root -p
CREATE DATABASE umbraco;
CREATE USER 'umbraco'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON umbraco.* TO 'umbraco'@'localhost';
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
Replace "password" with a password of your choice.
Now that you have the Umbraco files and a database set up, it's time to install the dependencies. We will be using Composer to do this.
Navigate to the directory where you extracted the Umbraco files, and run the following command:
composer install
This will install all the dependencies required for Umbraco to run.
Now that you have the Umbraco dependencies installed, it's time to configure the installation. Make a copy of the /var/www/umbraco/umbraco/includes/example_connstring.config file and rename it to connstring.config. Open the file in a text editor, and update the following values to match the database and user you created earlier:

Finally, you need to set the correct folder permissions for Umbraco to work. Run the following commands:
sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/umbraco
sudo chmod -R 755 /var/www/umbraco
You're almost done! In your web browser, navigate to http://your-server-ip/umbraco. You should see the Umbraco installation page. Follow the instructions to finish the installation, and you're all set!
