Yopass is an open-source password manager designed to securely share passwords through secret sharing. In this tutorial, we will go through the steps required to install Yopass on Elementary OS Latest.
Run the following command to install Git:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install git
Next, clone the Yopass repository using the following command:
git clone https://github.com/jhaals/yopass.git

cd yopass

cp config-example.js config.js

To run Yopass, use the following command:
npm run start
This will start Yopass in production mode.
Yopass should now be accessible on your local machine at http://localhost:1337. You can also access it remotely by opening port 1337 on your firewall.
