Euterpe is a music player developed for Linux users that provides a minimalistic, yet feature-rich, interface. In this tutorial, we will be showing you how to install Euterpe on the latest version of Elementary OS.
Before we begin, make sure that you have the following prerequisites:
The first step is to add the Euterpe repository to your system. You can do this by opening a terminal window and running the following command:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:euterpe-player/ppa
After adding the new repository, update the system repositories using the following command:
sudo apt-get update
Now, run the following command to install Euterpe:
sudo apt-get install euterpe
Once Euterpe is installed, you can launch it from the Applications menu or by running the following command in a terminal window:
euterpe
Congratulations! You have successfully installed Euterpe on your Elementary OS system. You can now enjoy your favorite music with Euterpe's simple and intuitive user interface.
