LeapChat is a secure and decentralized messaging application that allows you to chat with your friends securely. It is built on top of the decentralized Matrix network, which is an open standard for decentralized communication.

Before installing any new software, it's always a good idea to update your system first. To do this, open a terminal and run the following command:
sudo pacman -Syu
Enter your password when prompted, and wait for the update process to complete.
LeapChat has a few dependencies that need to be installed first. Open a terminal and run the following command:
sudo pacman -S git make cmake gcc openssl
This will install the required dependencies.
Now that the dependencies are installed, we can download LeapChat. Open a terminal and run the following command:
git clone https://github.com/leapchat/leapchat.git
This will download the LeapChat source code.
Now we can build and install LeapChat. Navigate to the LeapChat directory and run the following commands:
cd leapchat
mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..
make
sudo make install
This will build and install LeapChat on your system.
To run LeapChat, open a terminal and run the following command:
leapchat
This will launch LeapChat. Follow the prompts to set up your account and start chatting with your friends.
