paster user create USER -a admin -p PASSWORD -e EMAIL
Replace the following values with your desired username, password, and email address.
After creating the user, start the RhodeCode service.
sudo systemctl enable rhodecode
sudo systemctl start rhodecode
You can access RhodeCode at http://localhost:5000/. Login with the username and password you created in Step 5.
