Before starting with the installation process, make sure you have the following prerequisites:
Before installing Turtl, we need to install some dependencies required by the application. Open your terminal and run the following command to update your system:
sudo dnf update -y
Then, install the dependencies by running the following command:
sudo dnf install -y libXScrnSaver libappindicator-gtk3
We can download Turtl package from the official website of Turtl. Open your terminal and run the following command to download the package:
wget -c https://turtl.it/downloads/turtl-fedora-2.7.1.rpm
After downloading the package, we can install it by running the following command:
sudo dnf install -y turtl-fedora-2.7.1.rpm
Once the installation is completed, we can start Turtl by running the following command in the terminal:
turtl
Alternatively, we can also search for Turtl in the application menu and launch it from there.
