Gollum is a simple and elegant wiki system for GitHub, and it is open-source. In this tutorial, we will show you how to install Gollum on FreeBSD Latest.

To install Ruby and Git on FreeBSD Latest, run the following command:
sudo pkg install ruby git
Now that you have Ruby and Git installed, you can install the Gollum gem. To do this, run the following command:
sudo gem install gollum
Next, create a directory where you want to store your Gollum Wiki. For example, /var/gollum

sudo mkdir /var/gollum

cd /var/gollum
sudo gollum --init
To start the Gollum Wiki, run the following command:
sudo gollum
This will start the Gollum server on http://localhost:4567
.
You can now visit http://localhost:4567
in your web browser to see the Gollum Wiki.
