ProjeQtOr is an open source project management software that can be installed on various platforms. In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to install ProjeQtOr on Kali Linux, the latest version.
Open the Terminal window.
Type the following command to add ProjeQtOr repository to the Kali Linux system:
sudo echo "deb https://download.tuxfamily.org/projeqtor/projeqtor/debian buster contrib" >> /etc/apt/sources.list
This will add the ProjeQtOr repository to the sources list used by the package manager.
Update the system repository with the following command:
sudo apt update
Type the following command to install ProjeQtOr:
sudo apt install projeqtor
This will install ProjeQtOr on your Kali Linux system.
During the installation, you will be prompted to enter the database password. Enter your preferred password and confirm it.
Once the installation is complete, you can start the ProjeQtOr application by typing the following command:
sudo projeqtor start
Open your web browser and navigate to the following URL: http://localhost:8080/projeqtor
Enter the username and password to log in to the ProjeQtOr application. The default username is admin and the default password is admin.
Congratulations! You have successfully installed ProjeQtOr on your Kali Linux system. You can now start managing your projects using the ProjeQtOr application.
