Replace <version>
with the latest version available on the PicoShare GitHub repository.
sudo tar -C /usr/local -xzf <version>.tar.gz
This will extract the package and install PicoShare in the /usr/local/
directory.
.bashrc
or .bash_profile
file:export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/server-<version>/bin
Replace <version>
with the PicoShare version you installed.
source ~/.bashrc
To ensure that PicoShare was installed correctly, run the following command to check the version:
picoserver version
