How to Install Plainpad on Linux Mint Latest

Plainpad is a simple text editor that comes with some handy features. Here's how you can install it on Linux Mint Latest.

Step 1: Download Plainpad

The first step is to download Plainpad from the official website. You can do this by navigating to https://alextselegidis.com/get/plainpad/ and clicking the "Download" button.

Step 2: Extract Plainpad

Once the download is complete, extract Plainpad by right-clicking on the downloaded file and selecting "Extract here" from the context menu.

Step 3: Move Plainpad to the Applications Folder

Next, move the extracted Plainpad folder to the "Applications" folder. You can do this by opening the Terminal and typing the following command:

sudo mv plainpad-1.0.0 /opt/

This will move the Plainpad folder to the "/opt/" directory.

Step 4: Create a Shortcut for Plainpad
