Before you start installing the Code-Server, You have to install the required dependencies on your system. You can do this by running the following command,
$ sudo apt-get update

Now you have to download the Code-Server from the Github repository,
$ curl -fsSL https://code-server.dev/install.sh | sh
After installation is complete, you can verify by running the following command,
$ code-server --version

$ code-server
After running the code-server command, open your web browser and visit http://localhost:8080. You will see the following screen.
