Snibox is a cross-platform snippet manager that allows you to save and organize your code snippets, notes, and other information in an efficient manner. In this tutorial, we will go through the steps required to install Snibox on MXLinux.
Git is a version control system that is required by Snibox. Open the terminal and enter the following command to install git:
sudo apt-get install git

The next step is to clone the Snibox repository from GitHub. To do this, enter the following command in the terminal:
git clone https://github.com/snibox/snibox.git

Snibox requires several dependencies in order to function properly. These dependencies can be installed using the following command:
sudo apt-get install libgtk-3-dev libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev libsqlite3-dev

make
This will compile the code and create an executable file.
Once the compilation process is complete, Snibox is ready to use. To launch Snibox, navigate to the Snibox directory and enter the following command:
./snibox
