MiroTalk C2C is a web-based video conferencing tool that allows users to make free high-quality video calls with people from all around the world. In this tutorial, we will show you how to install MiroTalk C2C on Manjaro.
Before proceeding with the installation, make sure that your Manjaro system is up-to-date. To do this, open the terminal by pressing Ctrl+Alt+T
and run the following commands:
sudo pacman -Syu
To use MiroTalk C2C, you need to have a few dependencies installed on your system. Open the terminal and run the following command to install the dependencies:
sudo pacman -S --needed gtk2 gconf libnotify libxtst nss alsa-lib
Go to the MiroTalk C2C website: https://c2c.mirotalk.com and select the "Download" option. Choose the "Linux" option and select the appropriate package for your system.
Alternatively, you can download the deb package directly from this link: https://c2c.mirotalk.com/download/linux/deb
Once the download is complete, navigate to the Downloads folder in the terminal and run the following command to install the downloaded package:
sudo pacman -U mirotalk-2.8.0-linux.deb
Note: Replace "mirotalk-2.8.0-linux.deb" with the name of the package you downloaded.
Now that you have installed MiroTalk C2C successfully, you can launch it by searching for "MiroTalk C2C" in the Manjaro application menu or by running the following command in the terminal:
mirotalkc2c
