OSIAM is an open source identity and access management solution that provides authentication and authorization for users and applications. In this tutorial, we will show you how to install OSIAM on NetBSD.
Before we begin, make sure you have the following:
OSIAM requires Java to run. Install Java using the following command:
pkgin install openjdk-8
Download the latest OSIAM release from the official website.
Extract the downloaded file using the following command:
tar zxvf osiam-x.x.x.tar.gz
Move the extracted directory to the desired location. For example:
mv osiam-x.x.x /opt/osiam
Copy the default configuration file:
cp /opt/osiam/example-config.yml /opt/osiam/config.yml
Edit the configuration file:
vi /opt/osiam/config.yml
Modify the following parameters according to your needs:

If you want to self-host in an easy, hands free way, need an external IP address, or simply want your data in your own hands, give IPv6.rs a try!
Alternatively, for the best virtual desktop, try Shells!
