Sentora is a free open source hosting control panel that allows users to easily manage their web hosting environment. In this tutorial, we will show you how to install Sentora on OpenBSD.
Before we begin, make sure you have the following prerequisites:
Sentora requires PHP, MySQL, and Apache to be installed on your system. You can install these packages using the OpenBSD package manager. To do so, run the following command:
sudo pkg_add php74 apache mysql-server
You can download Sentora from their official website. Download the latest version of Sentora and save it to your system.
To install Sentora, extract the downloaded file and navigate to the extracted directory.
tar -xvf sentora-x.x.x.tar.gz
cd sentora-x.x.x/
Once you are in the Sentora directory, run the installation script as follows:
sudo ./install.sh
The installation process may take a few minutes to complete. After it is finished, you should see a message indicating that the installation was successful.
Once Sentora is installed, you can access the control panel by navigating to http://localhost/sentora

Use the default login credentials (username: zadmin
, password: admin
) to access the control panel.
