Give the /var/www/htdocs/neos directory proper write permissions:
sudo chmod -R 777 /var/www/htdocs/neos
The next step is to create a virtual host file for Neos. Open the Apache configuration file in your preferred text editor:
sudo vi /etc/apache2/httpd.conf
Add the following lines at the end of the file:
