POMjs is a password manager that allows users to store their passwords securely. In this tutorial, we will go through the process of installing POMjs on OpenSUSE Latest.
Before we begin the installation process, please ensure that you have the following prerequisites:
The first step is to download POMjs from their website https://password.oppetmoln.se/. You can do this by opening your web browser and navigating to the website.
Click on the "Download" button to download the POMjs archive.
After downloading the POMjs archive, go to the directory where the archive is downloaded and extract it to a new directory. You can use the following command on the terminal:
tar xvf POMjs-1.0.0.tar.gz
This will create a new directory named "POMjs-1.0.0" containing the POMjs files.
POMjs requires Node.js to function properly. If you don't have Node.js installed, you can install it using the following command on the terminal:
sudo zypper in nodejs10
This will install Node.js 10 on your system.
Now, navigate to the directory that contains the POMjs files and run the following command on the terminal:
npm install
This will install all the required modules to run POMjs.
Once the installation is complete, you can run POMjs by executing the following command:
npm run start
You can now access POMjs by opening your web browser and going to http://localhost:3000.
