How to Install Quassel IRC on Ubuntu Server

Prerequisites

Step 1: Update Packages and Install Dependencies

Before installing Quassel IRC on Ubuntu Server, let's update all the installed packages and dependencies to the latest version.

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

After updating packages, we need to install some necessary dependencies to run Quassel IRC on Ubuntu Server.

sudo apt-get install quassel-core quassel-client
