How to Install Drupal Commerce on Windows 10

Step 1: Download Drupal Commerce

Step 3: Create a new database

Finally, you will be prompted to choose which modules to enable. Select the Drupal Commerce module and any other modules you need to install. Then, click "Save and continue".

You will now be taken to the Drupal Commerce dashboard, where you can start configuring your online store.
