To begin, open Git Bash and clone the CompreFace GitHub repository by running the following command:
git clone https://github.com/exadel-inc/CompreFace.git
Next, you will need to make sure that Docker is properly configured on your system. Open Docker and navigate to the Settings menu. From there, select "Shared Drives" and make sure that your C: drive is shared with Docker.
Once you have successfully cloned the CompreFace repository and configured Docker, you can run CompreFace in Docker by running the following command:
docker-compose up
This will start CompreFace and its dependencies. You can access the CompreFace web interface by navigating to http://localhost:8000 in your web browser.
To test CompreFace, you can use the sample images provided in the CompreFace GitHub repository. Simply navigate to the "images" directory and select one of the sample images. Then, upload the image to CompreFace using the web interface.
If CompreFace recognizes the face in the image, it will display the name of the person. If it does not recognize the face, it will prompt you to add the person to the system.
