How to Install Heimdall on Windows 10

Heimdall is a cross-platform tool for flashing firmware files onto Samsung Galaxy devices. Here's how to install Heimdall on your Windows 10 computer:

  1. Head to the Heimdall website and click the "Download Heimdall Suite" button to download the latest version of Heimdall for Windows.

  2. Once the download is complete, navigate to the location where you saved the file, and double-click on the .msi installer file to begin the installation process.

  3. Follow the installation prompts, agreeing to the terms and conditions and selecting the installation location for Heimdall.

  4. Once the installation is complete, open the Heimdall GUI by double-clicking the Heimdall.exe file in the installation folder.

  5. Connect your Samsung Galaxy device to your Windows 10 computer using a USB cable, and make sure debugging mode is enabled in the device's developer options.
