Jirafeau is a free and open-source file sharing application that allows users to upload and share files easily. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps required to install Jirafeau on Windows 10.
Before we get started, make sure you have the following prerequisites:
First, locate the Jirafeau.zip file that you downloaded from GitLab. Right-click on the file and select "Extract All" to unzip it.
Next, navigate to the XAMPP installation directory (usually located in the C: drive). Move the extracted Jirafeau files to the htdocs folder within the XAMPP directory.
Now that we have moved Jirafeau files to the htdocs directory, we need to configure it. Open your preferred browser and navigate to http://localhost/jirafeau/config.php. This will launch the configuration file.
Next, enter your preferred administrator username and password. You can also configure other settings such as the maximum file upload size and expiration time for uploads.
