Navidrome is a self-hosted music streaming server which provides seamless music streaming experience. In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to install Navidrome Music Server on Windows 10.
Visit https://www.navidrome.org/download/ and download the latest version of the server for Windows. It will be downloaded in .zip format.
Navigate to the downloaded location and right-click on the downloaded file. Select the "Extract to" option using 7zip or any other archiving tool of your choice.
Rename the extracted folder to "navidrome" and move it to the desired location. Open the "navidrome.ini" file located inside the "navidrome" folder using Notepad or any other text editor of your choice.
Navigate to the [auth] section and edit the username and password according to your preference.
Open Command Prompt or PowerShell and navigate to the "navidrome" folder location. Type "navidrome" and press Enter to start the server.
Open your preferred web browser and type "localhost:4533" in the address bar. Enter the previously set username and password when prompted to log in.
You have now successfully installed Navidrome Music Server on Windows 10.
