Selfoss is a free and open-source web-based RSS reader to read your favorite news feeds. This tutorial will guide you through the steps to install Selfoss on Windows 10.
Visit the Selfoss website and click on the "Download" button.
Select the "Download ZIP" option.
Once the ZIP file is downloaded, extract it to the "htdocs" folder of your XAMPP installation directory (Usually located at c:/xampp/htdocs).
Rename the directory containing Selfoss to your preferred name, for example, "selfoss".
Open your web browser and navigate to http://localhost/yourdirectory/ (Replace "yourdirectory" with the directory name you chose in step 2.1)
Follow the installation wizard, which will guide you through the configuration of Selfoss.
Once completed, the login page will be displayed, prompting you to enter your username and password. Enter your credentials, and you're all set!
Selfoss is now installed on your Windows 10 machine. Just open your web browser and go to http://localhost/yourdirectory/ to access Selfoss and manage your RSS feeds. Happy reading!
