In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to install Xen on a Windows 10 machine.
Download the latest Xen installer from the official website at http://www.xenproject.org/. Choose the appropriate download for your system architecture.
Once the download is complete, run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
During the installation process, you will be prompted to select the components to install. Make sure to select the Xen hypervisor component.
After the installation is complete, you need to restart your machine.
Once your machine has restarted, launch the Xen Project Installer from the Start menu.
From the Xen Project Installer window, select the Xen hypervisor and click on the "Launch XenCenter" button. This will launch the XenCenter management console.
In the XenCenter console, click on the "New Server" button and enter the IP address or hostname of the server where you want to install the Xen hypervisor.
Enter the username and password for the server and click on the "OK" button.
You can now start using the Xen Center console to create and manage your virtual machines.
Congratulations! You have successfully installed Xen hypervisor on your Windows 10 machine.
If you want to self-host in an easy, hands free way, need an external IP address, or simply want your data in your own hands, give IPv6.rs a try!
Alternatively, for the best virtual desktop, try Shells!
