The following tutorial will guide you through the process of installing socks5-proxy-server on Windows 10. The proxy server is available for download through https://github.com/nskondratev/socks5-proxy-server.
Before you begin, ensure that the following prerequisites are met:
Extract the .zip file to a directory of your choice.
Right-click on the extracted folder and select "Open command window here".

python setup.py install
