ACP Admin is an open-source project that can be used for managing billing and invoices for small to medium-sized companies. This tutorial explains the installation process for ACP Admin on Windows 11.
The first step to install ACP Admin is to download the package from the official website of ACP Admin.
After successful download, we need to extract the package to a folder of our choice. The ACP Admin package contains an executable file that we will use for installation.
Right-click on the executable file and select "Run as Administrator" from the context menu. A prompt will appear requesting to confirm the installation process, Click on the "Yes" button to proceed. The installation process will begin automatically.
After installation, open the folder where ACP Admin is installed, and navigate to the "config" folder. Open the file "database.yml" and replace the sample database connection string with your database connection string. Save the file.
Go to the location where ACP Admin is installed, and open the folder named "bin". Right-click on the file "start.bat" and choose "Run as Administrator" from the context menu.
Now, open your web browser and navigate to "http://localhost:3000" to access ACP Admin.
