Once the repository has been cloned, navigate to the Bencher directory by typing the following command and pressing Enter:
cd bencher
Now, create a new virtual environment for Bencher by typing the following command and pressing Enter:
virtualenv venv
Activate the virtual environment by typing the following command and pressing Enter:
venv\Scripts\activate
Install the required packages using pip by typing the following command and pressing Enter:
pip install -r requirements.txt
Start Bencher by typing the following command and pressing Enter:
python bencher.py
Bencher should now be running on your Windows 11 operating system.
