Open your web browser and go to https://etherpad.org/.
Click on the "Download" button on the homepage.
On the next page, select the "Windows" option under "Download Etherpad".
Once the download is complete, go to the location where the downloaded file is saved.
Extract the downloaded file using a program like WinRAR or 7-Zip.
Open the extracted folder and locate the "start.bat" file.
Right-click on the "start.bat" file and select "Run as administrator".
Wait for the console window to appear and start Etherpad.
Open your web browser and go to http://localhost:9001 to access Etherpad.
You have successfully installed Etherpad on Windows 11.
Note: To stop Etherpad, simply close the console window or press "CTRL + C" in the console window. If you want to start Etherpad automatically on system startup, create a shortcut to the "start.bat" file and add it to the Windows startup folder.
