HPCBIOS is an open-source project designed to enable remote firmware configuration and management of High Performance Computing (HPC) systems. In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to install HPCBIOS on Windows 11.
Open the Command Prompt as an administrator. To do this, press the Windows key and type cmd
. Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
Clone the HPCBIOS repository by typing the following command in the Command Prompt and press Enter.
git clone https://github.com/lanl/hpc-bios.git
cd hpc-bios
pip install -r requirements.txt
bios --help
We have successfully installed HPCBIOS on Windows 11. Now, you can remotely configure and manage your HPC system firmware.
