Vim is a highly configurable text editor that is open source and available for many operating systems, including Windows 11. This tutorial will guide you on how to install Vim on your Windows 11 system.
Before you begin, ensure that you have the following:
Open your browser and go to the Vim website at http://www.vim.org.
Click on the "Download" button at the top of the page.
Scroll down to the "PC: MS-DOS and Windows" section and click on the link to download the latest version of Vim for Windows.
Choose either the 32-bit or 64-bit version depending on your system architecture.
Once the download is complete, navigate to the downloaded file in your file explorer.
