Nhost is a full-stack development platform that makes it easy to build modern web and mobile applications. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of installing Nhost on macOS.
Before we start, make sure that you have the following installed on your macOS:
Open the terminal application on your macOS.
Install the Nhost CLI by running the following command in the terminal:
$ brew install nhost-cli
$ nhost -v
This should display the version of the Nhost CLI installed on your system.
$ nhost login
Enter your Nhost credentials when prompted.
$ nhost init
Follow the prompts to set up your project. You will be asked to select your database type, provide a project name, and choose a region.
Once your project has been created, initialize the project with the following command:
$ nhost dev
This will start a development server and launch your application in your default browser.
