In the Terminal window, navigate to the directory where you downloaded the SilverStrike file. For example, if the file is in your Downloads folder, you can navigate to it by typing:
cd Downloads
Extract the SilverStrike .zip file by running the following command:
unzip silverstrike-*.zip
Navigate to the extracted folder by running the following command:
cd silverstrike-*
Run the SilverStrike installer by running the following command:
./install.sh
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. If you are prompted with an error "No root access available. Please run the script with sudo", you can use the following command instead:
sudo ./install.sh
Once the installation is complete, you can launch SilverStrike from the Applications folder.
Congratulations, you have successfully installed SilverStrike on your macOS device! Note that in order to use SilverStrike, you need to have permissions to capture network traffic. You may need to grant SilverStrike permission to capture traffic by going to Security & Privacy settings in System Preferences on your Mac.
If you want to self-host in an easy, hands free way, need an external IP address, or simply want your data in your own hands, give IPv6.rs a try!
Alternatively, for the best virtual desktop, try Shells!
